All privacy-related concerns, complaints, and requests are handled by the Data Privacy Response Team, led by the DPO. Below is a summary of our formal escalation process, as outlined in Article VII of the Comfac Data Privacy Manual
COMPLAINTS
What to report
Any suspected or actual violation of the Data Privacy Act, the company’s Privacy Manual, or any data breach (e.g., loss, unauthorized access, or disclosure of personal data).
Who to contact
Immediately report the incident to the Data Privacy Response Team through the DPO.
Response time
Acknowledgment of your report will be issued within 24 hours.
